  • Clay City Campground Address: 304 E County Rd 650 S, Clay City, IN 47841
  • Caterpillars should arrive at the Lodge for registration at 8am the first day of the Flight
  • In Case of Emergency - Sponsors should receive emergency contact numbers at registration. Feel free to contact us on our social media as well!
  • Registration begins Fridays at 8 am.
  • Youth servers should arrive 4:15 pm through the basement doors at the back of dining hall.
  • Chrysalis Candlelights begin promptly with the prayer service at 8 pm.
  • Chrysalis Closings begin promptly on Sundays at 4 pm. Bring parents!

  • Participants should bring comfortable clothing for three days (there is some walking between buildings so keep the weather in mind) - toiletry articles (soap, shampoo, washcloth & towel, etc.) - and their own bedding (sheets & blankets or a sleeping bag and don't forget your pillow.) Please - No cameras, cell phones or radios.
