Volunteer Form
Below is the link to fill out to work the upcoming flight! Prayerfully consider your decision and check out the flight dates if you're interested in serving! We would love to have you!
You will be contacted with more information on serving once the flight dates are near!
Cost is $100 for 23 and under (unmarried) and $175 for 24+ or married
Sponsorship Forms
Below is the link to sponsor a caterpillar on the upcoming flight. Prayerfully consider your decision to sponsor, and make sure to check out the flight information!
Cost is $100
The Caterpillar Form is to be filled out by the person attending a flight for the first time.
The Sponsor Form is to be filled out be the person sponsoring the caterpillar, who si responsible for taking the caterpillar to and from the compground, etc.
You will be contacted closer to the flight dates to ensure you have the proper information needed for the flight!
The Trusted Adult/Clergy Form should be filled out by someone besides the sponsor and caterpillar. This can be a pastor, teacher, etc. This form helps us get more information on the caterpillar and helps to place them at a good table that will fit them!
